What is hypnotherapy? What does hypnotherapy do?Hypnosis, also called hypnotherapy, is a natural, altered state of mind that everyone goes in and out of all the time. Take sleep. Hypnosis is like meditation with a goal. While in a very relaxed state, the subconscious mind is accessible and can be consulted and mindsets changed. Hypnotherapy is often quicker and more cost-effective than psychotherapy. Learn more at: • Hypnosis: What It Is, Why It's Done, Benefits & Risks (Cleveland Clinic) • Hypnosis - Mayo Clinic
