What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural, altered state that everyone goes in and out of all the time. Take sleep. There is a moment between when you lay down and when you fall asleep where you pass through an altered state, a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is 100% natural.

Hypnosis is like meditation with a goal. While in a very relaxed state, the subconscious mind is accessible, and can be consulted and mindsets changed.

Hypnotherapy is often quicker and more cost effective then psychotherapy.
